Ano Glyfada Residence

A new-build private residence in Ano Glyfada, Athens, designed for a contemporary couple and completed in 2021.

The project included façade design, interior space planning and interior design, creating a consistent architectural identity from the exterior envelope to the smallest interior details.

Clean lines, warm neutral tones, natural wood and stone finishes define the design language, complemented by subtle black and metallic accents. Externally, natural stone, timber elements and contemporary volumes connect the residence to its Mediterranean setting, while the landscaped outdoor areas and pool extend the living spaces beyond the interior.

Inside, open-plan living areas, custom-designed elements and integrated lighting create a calm, contemporary and functional home designed around everyday living.
