Kyriaki Louzi created the 3D visualisation for “Low Voltage Track & MOTOLUX”, the new film of Forma Lighting, in a collaboration with Archifos, the London agency of lighting designer Katia Kolovea.
Light that moves on its own
MOTOLUX is Forma Lighting’s family of motorised, remote-controlled luminaires for its 48V low-voltage track. Two small motors tilt each spotlight up to 90° and turn it up to 330°, and the direction, the intensity and the colour of the light are set from a phone through the Casambi app: no ladders and no rewiring when a display or an exhibition changes. It is made for shops and showrooms, museums, hotel lobbies and homes.
Three studios, one film
Archifos set the creative direction and wrote the lighting scenarios the film follows. Forma Lighting led the art direction and the animation. At IDYLI, Kyriaki Louzi built the photorealistic 3D visuals, studying materials and light the way we study them in our own interiors, so the product is seen in settings that feel real.
3D at IDYLI
Photorealistic 3D is part of how we work: it lets our clients see their space before it is built, and it lets brands show their products in rooms that do not exist yet. If you have a project or a product to present, let’s talk.
