Koilada Residence
The brief
A family home in the countryside, renewed for the next generation.
The renovation of a family home in provincial Greece, redesigned to become the main residence of a new generation.
Inspired by the surrounding natural landscape, the interior follows a warm modern and soft minimalist approach. Natural wood, warm neutrals, earthy tones and clean architectural lines create a calm, functional and contemporary environment for everyday family life.
Olive-green stools line the kitchen island, two velvet armchairs face the window and the fields beyond, and a fireplace set in a plaster wall warms the living room.
A home that preserves its connection to the past while gaining a new identity for the next generation.
