Korydallos Residence
An older apartment in Korydallos, redesigned around one flexible room.
The renovation of an older apartment in Korydallos, Athens, redesigned as a contemporary home for a modern couple. The interior combines clean architectural lines, warm neutrals, natural wood and subtle metallic details, creating a warm modern and soft minimalist atmosphere.
A key element of the project is a flexible multifunctional room designed to evolve with the residents’ needs. It can function as a bunk bedroom, a home office or a dining area, while glazed partitions allow it to remain separate or open visually towards the living space.
The result is a contemporary apartment where flexibility, functionality and understated design work together to support different ways of living.
